Jacqueline Owens, MHA, 2nd Year Fellow
Jacqueline is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans, LA. Originally from Gainesville, Florida she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. After graduating Jacqueline volunteered at an integrative primary care practice that promoted a holistic approach to medicine. This ultimately facilitated an interest in hospital administration. While completing her Master in Health Administration, Jacqueline worked as an Administrative Resident of Operations at Tulane Medical Center in downtown New Orleans. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines.

Maggie Owens, MHA, 1st Year Fellow
Maggie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Maggie is originally from Lexington and additionally received her bachelor’s degree in Health Communication from the University of Kentucky. Her passion for healthcare evolved in college while being a committee member for the University of Kentucky’s DanceBlue marathon, which raises money for Pediatric Cancer. While completing her Masters in Health Administration, Maggie worked in the Kentucky Children’s Hospital and in her second year worked with the physician engagement team as a project manager. She recently spent her summer in Nashville, TN completing a summer graduate internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In her free time Maggie enjoys various fitness classes, playing tennis, and attending theatre productions.
